Wave Transportation Procedures

1. Fill out our Secure Online Reservations Form.
2. You will receive a detailed Confirmation from us within 24 hours.
3. Have a pleasant flight into Salt Lake City International Airport.
4. If you have elected our "Meet and Greet*" service, your driver will be waiting with a sign, as you enter the baggage claim area, to assist you with your luggage and get you through the airport and into your vehicle as efficiently as possible. (*electing our "Meet and Greet" service will add $20 to your fare)
5. Collect your luggage in Baggage Claim.
6. Call us at 801-532-WAVE (801-532-9283) or Call/text message 435-901-1530.
7. Upon receiving your call, we will immediately drive from the transportation staging area to the appropriate passenger pick-up point. This usually takes 1-4 minutes.
   ---From TERMINAL 1 Baggage Claim (American, Continental, Jet Blue, Southwest, United, US Air), exit through door # 6 and look for us at the Orange Curb.
   ---From TERMINAL 2 Baggage Claim (Delta Airlines), exit through door # 13 and look for us in the Curbside loading zone.
8. We will professionally load all passengers and luggage and head for your destination.
9. "Welcome to Utah", relax and enjoy the ride!
